All Scarecrows must be registered seperately.

This year’s theme is Royalty. All Scarecrows must align to the theme but be as imaginative as you wish!

Please head to the Visit Ossett Gazebo in front of the Town Hall between 9:00-10:00 on 30/09/2023 to check in and receive your entry number. Due to the ongoing works around the Town Hall, we cannot guarantee any placements for Scarecrows, however we will try to accommodate any requests. We strongly advise registering your Scarecrow before setting up.

Public voting will begin at 10am and will run until 3pm, with the winners being announced at 3.30pm in the Precinct. Any Scarecrows not checked in before 10am will not be included in the public vote.

Scarecrows can then be set down and removed from the Town Centre from 3pm onwards.

All entrants are fully responsible for the setup, safety and removal of their Scarecrows.
